About The Role
Our Nurses report directly into Home & Clinical Managers, ensuring we achieve the highest standards of care possible. They spread the happiness and make our Residents feel safe, secure and above all loved.
Our Nurses live by our culture and values, they make sure our Resident’s Care Plan includes the Residents choices and that these needs are communicated to the wider Meddyg Care family.
They keep the lines of communication open between GP’s, other health and social care professionals, colleagues, Residents and their families to ensure the health and social care needs are met and understood. They are compliant with National Care Standards, Regulations, codes of practice, legal and company requirements so that we provide a safe service to our Residents.
