Being a key component of our specialist dementia community, you will be leading a team of care assistants and working with our nursing team to provide the full scope of care and support to our dementia patients.
About The Role
We will support and develop your knowledge to understand the challenges Dementia brings to both residents and their families and be able to be the positive advocate for seeing the person and not the condition. From the moment a team member starts, you’ll ensure they receive an effective induction and provide ongoing guidance to ensure they meet the needs of our community.
