Our residents in your care need 24 hour support, so you’ll need to be resilient and hardworking with a flexible approach.

We won’t sugar-coat things. This is a demanding role but one that is rewarding and will give you so much purpose. At the end of the day you’ll do all these things and more, because this is what comes naturally to you, because you care.

About The Role

Our Home Managers are the masters in ensuring we maintain the highest possible levels in quality and kindest care to our Residents, they achieve this through effective leadership and home management skills.

This role is pinnacle in the success at Meddyg Care. With the help of their team, Home Managers ensure Residents’ care and welfare is prioritised, championing well-being, safety and quality of life at all times.  They strive to achieve standards beyond regulatory compliance and endorse and implement our culture and values to the rest of their team.

What You Will Need

  • A valid NMC Pin (if applicable to the post)
  • Hold the Level 5 NVQ Registered Managers award or similar
  • A background in care environments
  • A full understanding of person centred care planning processes
  • IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience of leading, managing and mentoring a team
  • Strong financial planning procedures
  • Good communication and organisation skills
